What is it about gum that people feel they can take it out of their mouth and just stick it places? I seem to find it everywhere-- on railings, under desks, under counters, on walls. Basically everywhere I stick my hand these days, I feel something squishy between my fingers!

Clearly this person had the same problem....Only in New York .. blegh!

Its not real gum... but I think even more unfortunate than it being real gum is that they are just real shoes! Please tell me no one would wear these..





I present my candidate for the ugliest, tackiest pair of shoes! Although I will admit part of me is impressed by their creativity and uniqueness.. they are just downright ugly shoes! The gum heel is actually their best feature.. I have always hated the 'sneaker-with-a-heel look' so honestly the shoes would maybe be okay if that were done away with!
The only way you could get away with wearing these as is, would be by admitting they are ugly and wearing them because they are so unexpected! In that way there is only a tiny margin of ever making these horrendous shoes even remotely cool.. and even I wouldn't be willing to try!
